Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I get stuck with no possible moves?
The game automatically reshuffles remaining tiles to give you new matching opportunities while preserving your progress.
Can I match tiles that aren't identical?
Only identical stone tiles can be matched normally. The exceptions are Seasons and Flowers - any Season can match with another Season, and any Flower with another Flower, regardless of their specific numbers.
Why are some tiles considered 'free' while others aren't?
A tile is free when it has no tiles covering its top and has at least one side (left or right) completely open. Only free tiles can be selected for matching.
